Thank you for shopping with LTC Activewear. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at ltcgymwear@gmail.com with your order description and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
