Where We Ship We currently ship within South Africa only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Other areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make contact to arrange re-delivery. LTC Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
